Description & Use: Processed organic whole apricots are dried apricots of Prunus armeniaca L. variety. Apricots are prepared from clean and sun dried Malatya apricots produced by selected growers. All organic apricots are mechanically washed and inspected to remove any foreign material and metal detected for final check and shock frozen. These dried apricots are full in taste with hints of caramel and are a terrific organic alternative to the vastly recognized sulfured dried apricot as a snack food. Diced organic apricots are a preferred inclusion for baked items and energy bars as well as other manufactured food products.
